Freely selectable folders (Subfunction 3 from 9)
You can freely edit the folder structure and thus flexibly adapt to your needs, no need to open an external editing window. You simply right-click on the main folder and select additional functions such as "Create new subfolder", "Folder properties and sharing level", "Folder color" or "Folder icon". In addition, you can sort your folders and subfolders to A-Z.
CreatCreate new folders and subfolders (Subfunction 4 from 9)
New folders and subfolders can easily be added to your folder structure, for both My PaperOffice documents and My Windows documents. Folders and subfolders added under "My Windows Documents" are also automatically added to your file system.
Move folders and subfolders (Subfunction 8 from 9)
You can easily drag folders or subfolders to the corresponding main folder by dragging and dropping them. First mark the folder to be dragged and drag it with the left mouse button into the main folder and then let go. Folders and subfolders can only be moved within the respective modes (FolderCrypt and FolderMount).
Folder structure in the network (Subfunction 9 from 9)
For working in the network, the folder structure is separated into "My Documents" (folders and documents that the current user saves and which are not visible to the network) and "Common Documents" (folders and documents that can be seen network-wide). You can also move the documents from "My Documents" to "Common documents" without any problem to share them with the network and make them visible.
