Folder list

The Folder Management allows to create individual folder structures with upper and lower folders.

These various folders can then be visually marked, a note can be deposited, connected with contacts or provided with release levels.

For network-enabled versions, different folder structures are used for an even more personalized work environment.

Folder structure in the network (Subfunction 7 from 7)

For working in the network, the folder structure is separated into "My Documents" (folders and documents that the current user saves and which are not visible to the network) and "Common Documents" (folders and documents that can be seen network-wide). You can also move the documents from "My Documents" to "Common documents" without any problem to share them with the network and make them visible.
