Notes and tasks administration

Annotations and tags can be placed directly on your documents and files.

In addition, you can assign tasks and schedules to the notes.

Unfinished or already completed tasks can be recorded clearly.

Easily add comments and remarks (Subfunction 1 from 9)

Notes can be added to any part of the document and you can leave comments and remarks about these notes.

In addition to the already created notes, tasks can be stored as well as pre-defined tasks.

Define responsible for tasks (Subfunction 3 from 9)

Specify explicitly who should be responsible for the task or select all.

Defining time limits and detailed specifications (Subfunction 4 from 9)

Define when the task starts and when it is due. By selecting and deselecting asterisks, you can set the priority of your task. You can also specify approx. time, set task categories, and set task status to determine how much has already been done by the scheduled task.

Task description and task details (Subfunction 5 from 9)

The task can be described precisely in the task description. For recurring tasks, task templates can be easily created.

Assign note titles and keywords (Subfunction 6 from 9)

Add note titles, which will appear on the document above the note. Keywords can be stored for the currently added note or selected keywords can already be selected.

Note icon, note position and icon size (Subfunction 7 from 9)

Enter an icon for the current note and select the position. In addition, the color of the note can be set as well as the size of your icon.

Direct integration in document list (Subfunction 8 from 9)

If notes or tasks are added to the documents, the corresponding icon will be highlighted to keep a clear overview of stored information about your documents. Clicking on the icon opens the note management.

Store general notes or note tasks for documents (Subfunction 9 from 9)

You can save general notes or note assignments to your documents and do not need to mark a particular area on the document. Select the appropriate document and click on the "Note" or "Note Task" icon depending on what you want to deposit for this document. Then select "New note for current document" or "New note task for current document".
