Ratio release level of a folder and a document (Subfunction 2 from 2)

Release levels can be assigned to folders and documents. It should be noted that a newly added (or created) documents in PaperOffice always gets the release level of the folder. Example: The folder has the release level 5 and the document is scanned into the folder or dragged in by drag & drop, it automatically gets the release level 5.
A document, which already exists in PaperOffice and has a release level, keeps this even if it changes the folder.
