2| We would like to extend the test time
Option 1 - Create new database
As soon as a database is older than 14 days, your user account needs a valid license. Disconnect the database connection and create a new empty database to reset the trial time as often as you want.
Option 2 - Buy and use the right of revocation
In order to extend the test period for a further 4 weeks, you can buy PaperOffice, not pay, and thus benefit from a 30-day right of revocation.
Option 3 - Trial installation up to 6 months
To extend the trial period for another 6 months and get additional support / training please contact our team for a trial installation. There are no costs other than the monthly PaperOffice PLUS as well as PaperOffice SLA. PaperOffice SLA supporter services are even reduced in cost by 50%.
3| We do not want a supporter to connect to our system.
Our consultants / supporters can show you PaperOffice on a system prepared for you via a Teamviewer meeting. Please check the recommended start with PaperOffice on this page and contact the PaperOffice team.
4| How much time is available for presales questions?
Experience has shown that with an initial telephone appointment we find out within 15 minutes whether PaperOffice is what you are looking for and need.
For follow-up questions, up to 30 minutes are available in a second presentation appointment.
If that is not enough, speak to the PaperOffice team for a trial installation.
5| We have no more financial leeway due to COVID19.

6| We require an NDA (non-disclosure agreement)
All topics, documents, information and data discussed with PaperOffice are subject to the GDPR and highest internal confidentiality anyway. We never share information with third parties except with our PaperOffice partners if you explicitly agree. Please contact our team if you still need a NDA.
7| We require a written response to our questions.

8| We have received a project, order or purchase order rejection.
Unfortunately, due to the immense rush through COVID19 and the associated demand for HomeOffice / digitization, it is not possible for us to accept all orders without the quality of our staff suffering. You will receive an appropriate message or if you have already ordered a corresponding refund, should our consultants or supporters determine that PaperOffice is not the right system for you.
9| We would like to have a trial installation and training but at no cost.
PaperOffice is not what you are looking for. You can find more details under point 7|
10| We have already purchased and now need help

PaperOffice is a professional product / solution / ecosystem, which is primarily aimed at commercial users with more than 3 to 80 workstations. PaperOffice can also be used privately and with fewer workstations without any problems if it corresponds to your price-performance ratio. To use PaperOffice on more than 80 workstations, PaperOffice CUSTOM should be used. We recommend, especially for professional use, to keep PaperOffice PLUS active at all times, which is associated with additional costs. Due to external influences, such as Windows updates, updates of other installed software, which system components change, etc., without an active PaperOffice PLUS, no guarantee is given for perfect function. Each PaperOffice license includes PaperOffice PLUS for 6 months, this is not automatically extended by PaperOffice and can, optionally, be booked after it has expired. All licenses purchased in the PaperOffice online shop have a 30-day right of withdrawal, i.e. you can withdraw from the purchase at any time as long as no payment has been made and the license has thus been activated and no services have yet been used. Time quotas for advice, presentation and support without active PaperOffice PLUS are limited in time and are decided by the PaperOffice team individually and based on experience. PaperOffice delivers online license orders risk-free without prepayment on open account and does not charge VAT.
